Description
The scent of Ginger can be described as sharp, sweet and spicy.  It is sourced from the root of the Zingiber Officinale plant originally cultivated by Austronesian people in Southeast Asia. The root has been used as a cooking spice and was one of the first exported from the region.  Its primary chemical constituents include phellandrene, camphene, cineole, linalool, limonene.
