Description
The scent of Lime can be described as sweet, tart and lively.  The name encompasses several different species of trees originating in southeast Asia.  Limes have been used to treat scurvy and have higher acidity than other citrus fruits.  Primary chemical constituents include d-limonene, α-pinene, β-pinene, myrcene, terpinolene 1,8 cineol, linalool.
